This is the second track released from our debut album Bon Voyage, out 3/31/2015.

Dim the lights; set the stage for the show as he prepares this last concerto inspired by his peers so high on making others feel so low.

Go away; make the pain go away. Oh kids, do you know / all of the hate you show / it spreads, and it grows. / all the little blows. If we would just take the time, we'd save so many lives by showing that we care. Don't sell their despair.

Little Johnny never quite fit in, so he learned to play the violin on strings so thin. All of the songs he wrote / beauty in every stroke of the bow / the harmony, the melody, the clarity, and the things they'd never know. The scars on his wrist were a notation of his inability to play in their key.

And so he played too keep it all away.

Now, where did you go? Darling boy, where did you go? Your mother, father miss you so. Put the weight on me; I can take the blows. Say everything will be fine. Your heart is beating out of time. Don't leave me behind. Please, brother, please don't die.

Little Johnny played the violin. He played and played 'til his heart gave in. His strings once drawn so tight / he set them free and with his knife left his life stained on the floor. Quiet now, we can't hurt you anymore.

Could have been a smile or just a friend / It'd take so little time. Could have been a smile or just one friend who'd take a little time to do the little things that save lives.
